Kiddushware uses Formsubmit to notify you via email when a sponsorship is submitted.
Enter email:
Go to configurations, click on edit or create, and enter your email in the email field.
Activate notifications:
Before you publish your form, ensure that you have activated your email as active. Submit a test sponsorship, and you may be brought to a page asking you to confirm your email. Do as it says.
